I rented Decca’s guesthouse for my son and his wife and child while we stayed in The house. I wanted us to be together but they needed space for them and their child. It was awesome. We highly recommend and would stay again!!!

We loved Decca’s Uptown Oasis. It was so close to everything we wanted to do. The house was awesome. When we did have minor issues, Todd was quick to respond and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend and stay again with my family.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were the best. It had everything we needed. Super clean! We will be back.

This was a cozy, charming cottage and perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway. Had a great time and Todd and Gwen were terrific hosts!

My sister, myself, and my 3 kids stayed at the Varnadoe Villa from 6/21/25 to 6/30/25. We had everything we needed and more at the Varnadoe Villa. It was clean, relaxing, and cozy. We hand a amazing stay. We enjoyed the pool, the scenery, the cows, the donkeys, and horses. You feel like you are away from it all but you are only a 15 to 20 drive from the closest town. There were plenty of shops and things to enjoy. Mrs. Dianne is one of the sweetest hostess. Our car wouldn’t start one morning we had a dead battery and she went out of her way to jump start it. We will definitely be back and visit again.

Todd was awesome! Commutation was outstanding. Cute house within walking distance of downtown Siloam Springs with full amenities. Will 100% request again on our next visit. Thanks Todd and team!!

Wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at one of Todd’s places and it’s been nothing but perfect. I made a major screw up with our booking and he was so kind to jump through hoops and help us get things back on track. Will be staying with him again next year.

We stayed here with our grandchildren & really enjoyed it. They loved feeding the donkeys, cows, horses & fish.

We had a very nice time. I would come back again.

Wonderful Stay! Beautiful little town, bakery right across the street, ice cream parlor, lots and lots of antiques stores just a walk away. Beautiful park nearby. Great place to stay for a weekend getaway in the Ozarks! Wonderful communication and amenities as well!

We booked our stay that was a relaxing and complete “OMG” experience thanks to the wonderful hospitality and property in downtown historic Siloam Springs. As someone who once grew up in a 100+-year-old home, I can confirm that I was over the moon with this place. Each detail and the beauty that comes with an historic setting that our current construction lacks was more than a highlight, but a joy to know is still appreciated by others and remodeled to reflect the original work of the building.

Yes. The place was amazing, and I didn’t want to leave, but more importantly, it’s integral that I call out how much Todd went out of his way to ensure our stay was completely seamless and enjoyable. It’s very rare that someone has the actions to align with someone who goes above and beyond, and that is clearly a trait that comes as second nature to Todd.

We were in Arkansas for a family wedding and stayed in the home in Rogers. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at the apartment in Rogers. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The place was super clean. Close to shops, restaurants. The pool was very nice. Will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Gwen’s Nest. We loved sitting out on the upstairs deck listening to the birds. Todd was very attentive during our stay.
