Amazing place. They thought of everything, all new and clean!

We’ve stayed here twice, tried for a third but it was booked. Todd is a magnificent host and Adrienne makes the home so welcoming it’s difficult to leave. We call it our Therapy house. This is where we stayed while here looking for our new home here in Siloam and Todd just kinda mentioned in passing that he’s also an Agent and asked us about what we were looking for. With 2 days remaining before having to head back 1000 miles West, he showed us a home just coming to market. We toured it once, had it inspected and bought it in the 40 hours we had left.

On moving here we also rented the Magni house to make the very difficult move a bit better. That’s why it’s the “Therapy house”. It’s so comfortable and hosted so well that in our most anxious moments, we knew comfort was minutes away. If Magni isn’t available, no worries, Todd will find you your own version of the Therapy house.

Todd was a communicative and welcoming host! We will look to stay with him again on future trips.

We enjoyed this stay. I am a huge college football fan and could not get it on their tv The host went far and beyond to resolve this for me. We watched the game while listening to some 78 r.p.m. records on the cool small turntable. The range of the 6 albums they have is unique. Nice touch. We also had fun playing some “tunes” on an old, nicely tuned upright piano. Another nice touch. We all like tea and had our choice of at least 7 different kinds of tea. We had three different ways to make coffee in the morning. Does this sound like home? It sure felt like it for us.

Great little place to stay in Siloam Springs, AR. Highly recommend it!

Our stay at the Villa has been extremely peaceful and relaxing. We have found it to be warm and comfortable with everything we have needed for an enjoyable stay. The host has been extremely accommodating and helpful. We would highly recommend the Villa to anyone needing a great get-a-way for much needed R & R!

The location of this house is great for walking to do things downtown. It’s also quick access to the main roads out of town.

The desk area was great and private for my husband to get some work done while we were away.

We also had the guest house for some extra room and that area was fantastic!

All of our rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable with nice bedding.

The house was exceeded my expectation. My family had a comfortable weekend stay and it was walking distance to town. Todd the host was awesome and responded very quickly. I definitely would consider reserving again if available in the future.

Loved my stay! Loved the surroundings! Everything was perfect.

Enjoyed the stay. It was a gorgeous, sweet little cottage in the woods. There’s not a lot to do around there but we went to get away, and the tiny little town nearby was just enough for a 1/2 day out. Really enjoyed it.

We had an amazing stay! Everything is clean, comfy, and cozy! The hosts are responsive and very helpful! The area is gorgeous, and we will definitely be escaping there again!

Very comfy and perfect for families.

I first booked with Todd at a different location and realized I had made an error. He truly went above and beyond to help me on something that he was in no way obligated to do. We stayed at this Villa instead and we had such an amazing time! Tammy holds a really fun animal tour! My kids got to feed them and they had a lot of fun with that. My favorite part of the stay was how peaceful and serene the location was! We really enjoyed visiting with Tammy, Wes, and Dianne. We felt right at home. Thank you!

Excellent stay, beautiful cabin and surroundings.

The camper was clean and comfortable. Todd went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and good to go and was readily available to answer our newbie questions throughout our stay.

Best spot in Siloam Springs. Felt like. Highly recommended.

Walkable to downtown Siloam Springs and a short drive to JBU, this was the perfect spot for our 2 night stay. We were only at the house to sleep and didn’t spend much time there otherwise, but we had everything we needed. Bailey and her husband were very friendly and we are thankful we had a chance to meet.
