We had a wonderful time staying for a cousin’s wedding. Rooms were nice, spacious and the kitchen was really convenient for breakfast.

This property was one of the coziest places I have stayed. Usually the beds are so uncomfortable not here . It was quite as well and the house is so cute. Todd was available and fast to get back to us to answer questions. Will definitely stay again

Stayed for HS mtb regional racing. The house met alm of our needs. Anything we needed, Todd took care of promptly!

Had the best experience this weekend! Plenty of room and always so warm and cozy! Todd and staff are always so attentive and responsive, and their rentals are so thoughtfully stocked and maintained 🙂 Couldn’t be more grateful for our many positive stays at their properties!

Quiet, relaxing getaway with a wonderful view including donkeys. Lots of room, comfortable bed, well furnished kitchen and great shower.

Came in for a wedding, this was the perfect spot to the venue and downtown . House was very clean and tidy. Bathrooms have plenty of room for everything.

Little small touches like night lights throughout the house made it very comfortable to get up in the middle night and move around without waking up late. Definitely stay here on our next trip.

We stayed 2 tranquil nights during a NW Arkansas vacation. It was a much needed change from all the sightseeing, traffic. It was historic cabin nestled in the midst of a wooded hill overlooking a ravine. The cabin was beautifully renovated inside and we would stay again!

Excellent communication from host. Had a few glitches with reservation but host took care of everything. Ended up having a great time in a clean comfortable place. Will definitely be staying with you again when I’m in town.

Cute place with spacious bath and closet for gals getting ready for a destination wedding. Close to so much dining, shopping, and entertainment. Loved it!

My bf and I were in town for a concert. The place we stayed in was super close to the venue, in a compact and very nice area, clean, a super cozy.

We were in town for a family wedding and absolutely loved this house! So much room on the inside for our family of 6 that came. It was pretty, comfortable and a convenient location. Todd was great at keeping in touch with us. Would definitely stay here again or at any of their other rentals!

This was the perfect place to stay, perfect size fenced in yard if you have children or pet or two, close to town on a historical highway. Todd was very helpful to make sure Our stay was great!! We will definitely reserve this house again next year!

What a beautiful, welcoming, pristine home to enjoy for the weekend! Great location too. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. View is fantastic! Room for everyone to spread out and have a little R&R or have fun together playing games, jumping off the dock, swimming in the lake, or visiting on the covered deck. Neighborhood is nice for walking. Everything in the house is updated and in good working order. The style is cozy, modern lake cottage. Well done! We hope to return soon.

Great stay at the Duke tiny house. We liked it so much we are thinking of purchasing a similar house for our property.

Our group truly enjoyed our stay in the house with rich history, and the neighborhood was very friendly.

We couldn’t ask for a better location, the house had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
