We really enjoyed our stay at Decca’s guesthouse. It is well stocked with all essentials! It is walking distance to our grandkids, close to walking/bike trails and also all that downtown Siloam offers!

We spent a week at the Historic Connely Harrington in downtown and it was everything that we needed! Close to the center of town, easy walking distance to great restaurants, and a great, responsive host! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Siloam Springs!

This was a very cute, quiet, and chill place! Very accommodating! The hosts are very sweet and personable. It is a large fenced in area if you have a pet or kiddos to run around and they have some farm animals that love their treats! My 2 year old got to feed the donkeys and mama cow. All together I will definitely be booking again when we come up to visit!

My stay at this tiny house Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how thoughtfully designed and cozy the space was. Every inch was used so efficiently, yet it never felt cramped—just comfortable and inviting.

The decor was charming and modern, with little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The kitchen had all the essentials I needed, making it easy to prepare simple meals.

The host was also fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Even when I locked myself out! 😂

If you’re considering a tiny house experience, this is definitely the place to do it. I would absolutely stay here again!

This home was adorable! It felt very welcoming and spacious. The entire rental was clean, quaint, and beautiful. I also liked the location- it was just minutes from the cute “downtown Americana” area, where we shopped, ate, and relaxed near the park. It was also minutes from a Walmart Supercenter, where we bought groceries for our stay. The rental owners were amazing- they responded very quickly to my questions and comments. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful they were! I loved staying here- it was a perfect spot for our vacation to Siloam Springs. I’d definitely recommend this home to others, and I’d love to come back and stay again in the future. And best of all, the price was incredible! It’s a win-win, friends- pick this one!

Clean, comfortable, close to historic downtown

In town for a wedding weekend. The Airbnb was clean and easy instructions on how to access. Super convenient spot in the Roger’s area with quick walk/drive to eateries and shopping centers. Definitely will rent here again when we come back.

An absolutely amazing air bnb hosted by an amazing family! Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in that area.

The site was very clean and tidy. Love the atmosphere of all the angles and interesting little rooms. I think my favorite was the plaid carpeting on the stairwell and the sitting area on the second level! Hosts were very easy to reach and responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend.

The place was clean, beautiful and relaxing!

The cabins are beautifully tucked away by the river, and the peacefulness of the setting makes it feel like a hidden retreat. Everything was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared. Communication was excellent and made the entire experience seamless and welcoming.

The giant windows and deck overlooking the river were our favorite part—it truly felt like the outdoors was brought right into the cabin.

Such a peaceful, beautiful, incredibly maintained place. We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful, quiet stay! We were close to the family we were visiting in Gentry, and it was a great central location to visit Siloam Springs, Bentonville, & Fayetteville. We’d definitely stay again!

This is our third time staying at Decca’s and it truly feels like home. It fits our family perfectly. We love hosting friends and family, hanging out on the deck, using the pool and the yard, and it’s central to downtown, JBU and walking and biking trails. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Oak Cottage in Siloam Springs! The house was perfectly clean & comfy and the decor was beautiful and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and stay in and the house was located close enough to town that we loved our evening stroll. Our host responded quickly when we had a question about the tv controls. It was a great stay and we would absolutely recommend Oak Cottage to others visiting Siloam!

I could not dream of a better location in Rogers. The home is very dog friendly. It’s well stocked with everything you need, really comfortable and the towels and bedding are super soft. They also have wonderful suggestions for local activities. We are already planning to return!
