Couldn’t ask for any nicer cleaner or more accommodating place to stay!

What a beautiful, welcoming, pristine home to enjoy for the weekend! Great location too. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. View is fantastic! Room for everyone to spread out and have a little R&R or have fun together playing games, jumping off the dock, swimming in the lake, or visiting on the covered deck. Neighborhood is nice for walking. Everything in the house is updated and in good working order. The style is cozy, modern lake cottage. Well done! We hope to return soon.

Great stay at the Duke tiny house. We liked it so much we are thinking of purchasing a similar house for our property.

Such a cute house in Siloam Springs down from the university! Off a main road and close to the Oklahoma border and casino! This house was fully equipped with games and puzzles, plenty of seating and spacious gathering areas! The night setting so so cozy with the outdoor lighting and front porch chairs in a quiet area! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and provided K cup coffee pods and sugar! Todd was an excellent host and communicated quickly. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Super authentic clean home. The hosts were super responsive and friendly constantly checking in. The home is huge with huge porch. It is not your modern home which I loved. Quiet neighborhood. Kid friendly. I wish my stay was longer.

We stayed in Siloam Spring rental while visiting family in Arkansas. Great location, walking distance to downtown and close to other towns for day trips. The pool was a great bonus. The place was well maintained and big enough for a family gathering. We hope to rent the same property next time we are in Arkansas.

We loved Rogers Family Retreat. We had 5 kids 12 and under and it was great to have them all in the same room on the bunk beds. The queen and king rooms were great for the adults to stay in. The host was proactive and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Great experience!

Wow! The house on Madison was everything we were looking for. Historic house at the end of quiet cul-de-sac with a view over downtown. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or service.
